The homes and grounds are designed specifically for dementia care and are professionally maintained.  They were designed with a "home like" look and feel in mind.

Each of our homes is staffed by Certified Nursing Assistants with special training.  There is 24 hour a day "awake" professional staff, plus an additional CNA on duty from 8am to 8pm.

Evergreen Corner Located at 11000 15th Ave. NE. An extensively renovated and remodeled 2,800 sq. ft. home opened in June 1997.  A huge corner lot with lots of mature trees, paved paths, and patios.

Evergreen Place South Located at 11520 17th Ave. NE. A new custom built home opened in April 1998 on a large lot with mature trees in a quiet neighborhood.  Luxurious barrier free home like environment.

Evergreen Place North Located at 11526 17th Ave. NE. A new custom built home opened in August 2000 on a large lot with mature trees in a quiet neighborhood.  Luxurious barrier free home like environment. Note: Evergreen Place South and North now share beautiful expansive grounds.
