Evergreen Adult Family Homes, a subsidiary of Northwest Geriatric Care, was founded in 1997 to care for a family member with Alzheimer's dementia. We found that the demand and need for this kind of facility was so great that we have built and opened new homes as fast as we could while maintaining our very high standards of care and living conditions

We have purchased a huge and incredibly beautiful piece of land near Northgate and have subdivided it into two spacious lots.  Plans have been drawn and construction on our next two homes has started.
